Oregon Caves National Monument - Oregon Information

One of the oldest attractions in Oregon.

Discovered in 1874, the caves are 50 miles south of Grants Pass, Oregon.

The caves, nearly stretch for three miles under and in the mountain and are still growing.

Beautiful Stalactities, Stalagmites, Droperies, Soda Straws, Columns, and Flawstone, can be seen here.

Guided tours of the caves take about 11/2 hours to complete and are well worth the time and effort spent.
Above the ground there are several miles of hiking trails to give extra views and discoveries.
